PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print the real printing time onto a label readily and correctly. SOLUTION: When a real time print mode is set at a real time print mode setting section 40a and a print start trigger, i.e., the take-out result of a label 23 stripped from a ground paper 22 being detected by a strip sensor 35, is provided, a CPU 41 edits the time data of a time field in a print development buffer of a RAM 45 based on the real time from a calendar circuit 42 to produce real time data.
