<p>Differentiation of mesodermal stem cells into nervous system cells can be induced by immortalizing the mesodermal stem cells by overexpressing or activating an immortalization gene therein and then culturing these cells under appropriate conditions. This method is highly useful in nerve regeneration therapy.</p> |
