PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect cargo by immediate measures upon sudden raining during carrying the cargo with a truck. SOLUTION: The deck 2 is piled on a deck 1 and a locking fixture 3 is attached on a front part of the deck 1. A foot step 9 is attached on a rear part of the deck 1 and water proofing vinyl sheet 6 and a post bar 5 are stored inside of the deck 2. An adjustable stopper 15 is attached to the tip of the deck 2. When it rains, the foot step 9 attached on the rear part of the deck 1 is stepped on and the adjustable stopper 15 is taken out and is put in parallel to form an upper part, and a double layered structure water proofing vinyl sheet is hanged down in front of the adjust stopper 15 to form a box shape. An auxiliary vinyl sheet 7 is attached on the side of the water proofing vinyl sheet 6. The side surface and front surface of the cargo can be surely protected from rain of the like by Magic tape (a registered trademark) attached on the water proofing vinyl sheet 6 and the auxiliary vinyl sheet 7.
