PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch sheet change belt for a cargo vehicle which easily and quickly supports a sheet for a truck bed of the cargo vehicle in a state of being lifted in the front side without being slacked to form a recess with a weight of rainwater or snow. SOLUTION: A main body 1A fixed on a frame 14 of the cargo vehicle is constituted of a mounting body 3, a body cover 12 and standardized mounting fittings 13 by fixing them with the same screws. A change belt 2 is wrapped around the mounting body 3 inside of the main body 1A using power of a spiral spring, and an insert rod 9 is connected with the end of the mounting body 3. Just extending the change belt 2 and inserting the insert rod 9 into an insert metal part 10 fixed at central upper part of a rear door on the truck bed enables the truck bed to incline from a front end part to a rear end part to be raised frontwards. The insert rod 9 is higher than the rear door on the truck bed by not less than 10 centimeters. Thus, water, snow or the like is prevented from being retained to form a recess due to weight when the sheet for the truck bed is stretched.
