PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a whole instrument panel in attaching and fixing an air conditioning unit 2 and a blowing unit 3 to an instrument panel member 41. SOLUTION: A member fixing part 28 fixed by directly abutting on the instrument panel member 41 is provided on the blowing unit 3. An upper part of the air conditioning unit 2 is positioned in a periphery of the instrument panel member 41 and is fixed to the instrument panel member 41. On the other hand, a lower part of the air conditioning unit 2 is fixed on a lower end part of a stay 42 fixed on the instrument member 41 so as to extend in a lower direction.
