DEOXIDIZING MULTI-LAYER FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoxidizing multi-layer film which is excellent in various properties such as shock resistance and retort heat treatment resistance properties in addition to the oxygen absorbing function, and has practical performance in its inter layer adhesive property. SOLUTION: An oxygen absorbing multi-layer film comprises an outer layer formed of a thermoplastic resin, an adhesive layer, a middle layer formed of a polyolefin resin, an oxygen absorbing layer formed of a thermoplastic resin containing an ferrous oxygen absorbent, and a sealant layer formed of a thermoplastic resin having oxygen permeability. The oxygen absorbing multi-layer film is characterized in that the adhesive layer adheres the outer layer and the middle layer and is made of an epoxy resin cured material having gas barrier properties containing 30 wt.% or more of xylylenediamine unit (N-CH2-C 6H4-CH2-N) made of a reaction-cured product of an epoxy resin and a an epoxy resin curing agent.
