PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material which does not need an advanced coating technology which is a problem of a coated decorative material and a large-scale coating facility while having natural designability and a coating feel characteristic to a coated decorative material of a conventional coated article of natural wood and is excellent in recycling properties. SOLUTION: A transparent or translucent decorative sheet 3 containing a thermoplastic resin similar to a thermoplastic resin contained in a woody resin molding 1 as a main component is stuck on the surface of the molding 1, containing the thermoplastic resin and a woody filler through a transparent or translucent adhesive layer 2 as required. The molding 1 can use a material which developed a grain pattern on the surface by the combination of a resin composition different in a color tone. A transparent or translucent grain pattern 35, a transparent or translucent coating film 32, a tree vessel uneven pattern 33, or an opaque tree vessel pattern can be formed as required in the decorative sheet 3.
