PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that drain capability of a water drain member is reduced if sands and dusts are deposited inside a drain inlet of a floor panel, a level of drain water such as rainwater rises up to the drain inlet, and drain water leaks from a connection part of a surface panel and the water drain member. SOLUTION: In this floor panel having the platelike surface panel 1 made of fiber reinforced resin, a platelike support part 2 made of foaming resin and laminated on one face of the surface panel 1, the drain inlet 3 passing through the surface panel 1 and the support part 2 simultaneously, and the hollow and cylindrical water drain member 4 arranged inside the drain inlet 3, the water drain member 4 has a flange 5 extending in outer peripheral direction from one end in the axial direction and a locking rib 6 arranged on the flange 5.
