PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nuclear fusion reactor which can construct a heat transport system by using liquid metal lithium as a nuclear fusion source material as a coolant at the same time and which can be made compact as compared with a system using helium gas or water as a coolant. SOLUTION: The nuclear fusion reactor is provided with a fusion reactor 1 and a fusion reactor 3 which induce a nonthermal nuclear fusion reaction when the surface of the nuclear fusion source material such as liquid lithium, boron or the like or an alloy or the like with a metal having a catalytic action to a nuclear fusion reaction is irradiated with a hydrogen ion beam and which generate heat energy at this time, a heat exchanger 5 by which the heat energy generated in the fusion reactors is thermally converted so as to be supplied to a turbine 7 and a circulating pump 4 comprising a circulation passage by which the liquid helium inside the fusion reactors is circulated through the heat exchanger 5.
