An oxygen enriching device (150) generating oxygen−enriched gas by removing nitrogen from the air, comprising a compressor (156), adsorbing tubes (152a, 152b) for removing nitrogen from pressurized air coming from the compressor (156), a flow measurer (168) disposed on the downstream side of the adsorbing tubes (152a, 152b), and an ultrasonic oxygen density measuring means (170) disposed on the downstream side of the flow measurer (168), the ultrasonic oxygen density measuring means (170) further comprising a correction coefficient generating means for generating a correction coefficient for the ratio of oxygen/argon in the oxygen−enriched gas based on the flow of the oxygen−enriched gas, whereby the oxygen density of the oxygen−enriched gas can be corrected based on the correction coefficient generated by the correction coefficient generating means. |
