PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is hard to specify delivery time of a parcel in a conventional home delivery system due to traffic jam, absence, etc., which inhibits delivery efficiency, and to provide a delivery method which uses an existing train route or the like and passengers such as commuters holding commuter pass of the route as media of transportation of the parcel. SOLUTION: This delivery management method where transportation of parcel is entrusted to commuters using commuter pass is characterized by that personal information and ID of a delivery person who deliver the parcel are registered in association with the commuter pass, and when the registered delivery person passes a ticket gate of a railway station, a commutation route of information of the delivery person obtained by insertion of the commuter pass is checked with a delivery destination station from a parcel information table of a user registered in advance, a message is sent via wireless to the delivery person when the conditions of the parcel matches those of the delivery person, the parcel is set aside by a forward notice of approval from the delivery person and the parcel of a person who requested delivery is held and transported. |
