PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new skin care preparation composition having a high effect for improving lineae atrophicae such as striae gravidarum. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation composition for improving the lineae atrophicae such as the striae gravidarum comprises the extract of a galenical containing a triterpenoid saponin. Preferably, the skin care preparation composition, wherein the extract of a galenical containing a triterpenoid saponin is originated from a plant belonging to the family Araliaceae. Preferably, the skin care preparation composition, wherein the extract of a galenical containing a triterpenoid saponin is originated from a plant belonging to the family Cucurbitaceae.
