PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device for controlling the state of the lubricant supplied to a lubricant requiring part, without the need for a dedicated power plant for lubricant supply. SOLUTION: In the lubricating device, while a plurality of driving force sources 1, 6 and a wheel 36 are connected by a power transmission device 7, the first lubricant supply device 37 which is driven by power of the prescribed drive force source 1 of the plurality of power sources 1, 6 and which supplies oil A1 to the lubricant-requiring part 8 is provided. Based on the state of the second lubricant supply devices 31, 44, 47, 46 and at least one driving force source of the plurality of driving force sources 1, 6 which convey the oil A1 by the rotation force of a rotation member 31 of the power transmission device 7 for supplying the conveyed oil, and which supply the conveyed oil A1 to the lubricant requiring part 8, the lubricant supply state controller 47 controlling the state of the lubricant supplied to the lubricant liquid requiring part 8 by the lubricant supply devices 31, 44, 47, 46. |
