PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch using a recycled polyester resin excellent in film forming properties at the time of production of a colored resin film and not generating color irregularity or thickness irregularity, a resin composition containing the master batch and a resin coated metal sheet using the resin composition. SOLUTION: In the master batch comprising a thermoplastic polyester resin and titanium oxide, titanium oxide is surface treated titanium oxide having 10 atomic % or more of a carbon atom on its surface and the thermoplastic polyester resin comprises the recycled polyester resin.
