PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device that can stabilize a combustion state in two combustion units even if one combustion unit is started in operation while the other combustion unit is in isolated operation. SOLUTION: The combustion device comprises the two combustion units for hot water heating and general hot water supply having a burner and a blower fan, and changes a fan motor rotating speed of the hot water supply blower fan of the combustion unit for general hot water supply between a situation where the combustion unit for general hot water supply is in isolated operation and a situation where it is in simultaneous operation along with the other combustion unit. While the combustion unit for general hot water supply is in isolated operation, if the other combustion unit is operated to ignition, after a given time T from the ignition operation, a CPU increases the fan motor rotating speed of the hot water supply blower fan of the combustion unit for general hot water supply.
