PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inspect the rolling of a rubber ring since a recessed part is formed in a ring, and re-connect by extracting an insertion port from a socket since a release preventive ring can be easily diametrally expanded. SOLUTION: The release prevention ring 34 and the rubber ring 28 are installed in the socket 16 in this order from an opening edge 16a side, and four recessed parts 42 are formed in the inner surface of the ring 34. When the rubber ring 28 is checked for its rolling, a check gauge 56 is inserted from the opening edge side of the socket 16, and the tip thereof is pressed against the side surface of the rubber ring 28 through the recessed parts 42. When the ring 34 is diametrally expanded, the tip of a first diameter increasing tool is inserted from the opening edge side of the socket 16, and the projected part at the tip thereof is pressed into the recessed parts 42.
