PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide (1) a reduction relief valve correspondable to a small reduction state excellent in chemical resistance and (2) a reduction/pressurization relief valve correspondable to a small reduction state and a small pressurization state excellent in chemical resistance. SOLUTION: In the first invention, the reduction relief valve is fixed on a resin container. A large diameter cavity C and a small diameter cylindrical cavity D are continuously formed along the longitudinal direction of a resin cylindrical formed body B. A ball H is arranged in the large diameter cavity C. A space of the resin container and the cavity C are connected by a small hole F and the cylindrical cavity D and outside air are connected by a small hole G. An opening of the large diameter cavity C is sealed by a lid I. In the reduction/pressurization relief valve in the second invention, a pressurization relief valve with a specific structure is connected to the upper side of the reduction relief valve by a specific connection method.
