PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal gasket capable of sufficiently sealing a slightly larger scratch flaw formed on a seal surface on a member side by forming a plurality of seal lines having proper hardness and resistance to flow and torque down, and having sealing performance and durability. SOLUTION: The seal lines L1 to L6 are formed by providing at least a pair of coatings 21 to 26 for sealing thicker than a coating 30 for micro sealing applied to both surfaces of a sheet of metal board 10 on flat parts of both surfaces 10a and 10b of the metal board 10. The position of the coating 21 for sealing formed on the one surface of the metal board 10 and the position of the coating 22 for sealing formed on the other surface 10 of the metal board 10 are provided by being shifted each other.
