PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble such that a parison is thermally deformed after the molding of a duct is completed and a required member falls off. SOLUTION: An air introducing passage 40 allowing the outer part of a mold 22 to communicate with a member setting part 28, an air exhaust passage 42 for allowing the member setting part 28 to communicate with the outside of the mold 22, and the air supply source 44 connected to the air introducing passage 40, are provided to the mold 22. The cooling air sent out of the air supply source 44 is supplied to the member setting part 28 through the air introducing passage 40, and discharged out of the mold through the air exhaust passage 42 to cool the required member 30 set to the member setting part 28 to cool the parison P being in contact with the required member 30.
