PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet friction clutch plate capable of securely retaining lubricant on a frictional sliding face plate and preventing a transmission torque from becoming unstable and preventing judder noise from arising. SOLUTION: In the wet friction clutch plate 1, in which a groove 11 for retaining lubrication oil is formed in a lattice-shape on the surface of a frictional sliding face 9 keeping in contact with the companion clutch plate for frictional engagement, the latticed groove 11 is formed in a predetermined pitch and the depth of the groove 11 is set 0.004 mm or larger.
