PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen device which allows stable jointing of a screen and has a good appearance. SOLUTION: One side of the screen 2 is joined to one winding shaft 1a. The other side 22 of the screen 2 is folded back and sewn, so as to form a bag part 3. A supporting member 4 of an approximately arc-shaped cross section is formed, and wire end attaching parts 44 can be protrusively provided at both ends. The supporting member 4 is inserted into the bag part 3, and the attaching part 44 is protruded so as to be fitted with one end 51 of a wire 5. The other end of the wire 5 is attached to the other winding shaft 1b. A main body part 60 is formed of inner and outer arc pieces 61 and 62 and a connection part 63. A cover member 6, in which an extension piece 64 for covering a sewn part 31 of the screen 2 is extended from the body part 60, is cover- fitted onto the bag part 3 into which the supporting member 4 is inserted.
