PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform jack-up without damaging the car body by an arm even if a gap between the car body and the work floor in a part for inserting a car garage is narrow, and the height between the lower surface of the car body and a jack point in the insert part is large. SOLUTION: A bearer 9 is provided at the tip of the arm 4, and a no-screw support hole 16 is formed in the vertical direction in the bearer 9. Separately from the bearer 9, a male screw 18 is integrally suspended from the lower surface of a receiving pan 17, and the male screw 18 is provided with a brace 12 having a receiving nut 21. The lower part of the male screw 18 in the brace 12 is fitted in the support hole 16 of the bearer 9, the receiving nut 21 is placed on the top face of the bearer 19, and the brace 12 is removably provided on the bearer 9.
