PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning agent composition for cleaning the skin and hairs of human beings, which is capable of keeping stable paste form or solid state in a wide range of temperatures, has a good foaming property without giving a slimy feeling when rinsing, and in addition to the above effects, does not give any irritative feeling at all, and also makes creamy foams. SOLUTION: The cleaning agent composition of paste form or solid state having the melting point of 40 deg.C or higher, contains (a) an anionic surface active agent having Krafft point of 40 deg.C or lower, (b) one or at least two ingredients selected from inorganic salts and organic salts, (c) a polyol having trivalent or higher valency, and (d) water, and in addition to the above ingredients of (a) to (d), the cleaning agent composition of paste form or solid state having the melting point of 45 deg.C or higher further contains (e) taurines, and one or more of non-ionic surface active agents selected from those having HLB of 10 or higher.
