It is intended to provide prove solution compositions for the spotting fixation of a probe binding specifically to a target substance on a substrate which are characterized by containing a probe and a moisturizer. Using these solutions, the detection sensitivity of a reactive chip can be elevated, a spot shape can be stabilized and a production process can be simplified.
