A transistor generates a dispersion in characteristics.This signal line drive drive circuit has first and second shift registers,a latch circuit,and current source circuits corresponding to the respective wirings.Each of the current source circuits has a capacitor means and a supply means.The capacitor means is characterized by converting a supplied current into a voltage according to a sampling pulse to be supplied from the first shift register,the supply means by supplying a current corresponding to the converted voltage according to a video signal,and the latch circuit by acting according to a sampling pulse to be supplied from the second shift register.
