PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generator capable of converting wind power into electric power more efficiently than a conventional wind power generator. SOLUTION: This wind power generator is provided with an outer peripheral wheel 4 having a cylindrical shape, an inner peripheral wheel 2 guided to an inner side of the outer peripheral wheel 4 and rotatable centered on a rotary shaft 8, an inner peripheral vane 3 fixed to the inner peripheral wheel 2 to rotate the inner peripheral wheel 2 by wind, and a synchronous generator 11 generating electric power by relative movement of the inner peripheral wheel 2 for the outer peripheral wheel 4. In this wind power generator 1 constituted in this way, a diameter of the synchronous generator 11 is large, relative velocity with rotary magnetic field and an armature is high, and the realization of large capacity and multipole of the generator is easy. As a result, the synchronous generator 11 can generate AC electric power having sufficient frequency and voltage, even if rotation speed of the inner peripheral wheel 2 is small. |
