PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type air conditioner that enables easy carrying to and from a site even through a narrow passage, quick and easy refrigerant circuit replacement, refrigerant recovery work and maintenance, and easy capacity control. SOLUTION: A casing 1 internally defines a condenser draft trunk A and an evaporator draft trunk B. A plurality of compression type refrigerant circuit units C each having a condenser 2 and an evaporator 3 and circulating a refrigerant in them are disposed for individual operation and for removal from and storage in the casing 1. The refrigerant circuit units C are stored in parallel, and air quantity control dampers D are individually disposed for given refrigerant circuit units C. |
