PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow woven air bag capable of reducing the amount of a coating material for use while inner pressure holding performance is well secured. SOLUTION: The hollow woven air bag A1 is structured so that the coating material 20 for holding inner pressure is applied to the surface of an air bag material 10 where a gas lead-in part 11, expandable parts 12 and 13 and a non-expansion part 14 are formed by means of hollow weaving, wherein the coating material thicker than a remaining part W2 is continuously applied in a band shape to the stress concentration part of the air bag material 10 when the air bag is inflated (the gas lead-in part 11 and a band-shaped region W1 including the boundary between the non-expansion part 14 and the expandable parts 12 and 13 located close to the gas lead-in part 11). |
