PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing cracks from occurring on an antireflection coating for optical parts whose base material has an antireflection coating provided on both sides. SOLUTION: On each side of the base material, the optical film thickness of a thin film of the first layer which is formed at the nearest position from the base material surface is made to be different from each other on either side of the base material.
