摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an optical leakage electric current of a TFT by effectively interrupting light going toward an active layer of the thin film transistor (TFT). SOLUTION: A 1st light shading film 3 is arranged between a light transmissive substrate 1 and a TFT 7, and a black matrix film (a 3rd light shading film) 13 covering a TFT 31 is arranged on the transmissive substrate 1. Then, a 2nd light shading film 5 capable of absorbing emitted light is arranged between the 1st shading film and the TFT 7. Even if the light made incident from the back side of a TFT array substrate 30 is reflected by the black matrix film 13 and data lines 11 and is further reflected by the 1st shading film 3, any of the reflected light is emitted to the 2nd shading film 5, and is absorbed and interrupted by the 2nd shading film 5.
