BLACK SMOKE REMOVAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which efficiently removes black smoke in an exhaust gas with a small space. SOLUTION: A black smoke removal device 1 is provided with a flue body 2 formed in an elongated cylinder form and an expansion chamber 3 extendedly disposed to the end of the flue body 2. An injection nozzle 4 is installed at one end of the flue body 2, and a solution is jetted at a high speed from the injection nozzle 4 along the longitudinal direction of the flue body 2. The nozzle 4 is connected to a pump 5 for water jet and the ultra-high pressure solution is pumped to the nozzle 4. Further, exhaust gas is taken in and an exhaust port 6 is opened near the nozzle 4 of the flue body 2. Since the vicinity of the exhaust port 6 is under a negative pressure due to the high speed solution jetted from the nozzle 4, the exhaust gas is forcibly sucked into the solution and is dissolved in that converted to a mist, thus efficiently removing black smoke in the exhaust gas.
