<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internally fitting pipe joint excellent in workability, having excellent stability without impairing a joint function for the oscillation of earthquake or the like and connecting a sewer to a side wall of a manhole. SOLUTION: The pipe joint comprises a cylindrical body 1 inserting the sewer therein and a flange 2, the cylindrical body 1 comprises the other cylindrical diameter contraction section 3 and a cocentric cylindrical diameter expansion section 4 continued to the contraction diameter section, the circumferential recess groove 6 having a seal-ring 7 is provided to the inside circumference in the vicinity of the front end of the diameter contraction section 3, the flange 2 is integrally provided to the rear end of the cylindrical body 1, and the pipe joint is combined with a manhole 9 on the circumference of the diameter expansion section 4 of the cylindrical body 1 and the cylindrical body side surface of the flange 2 so that it is mounted. A pipe holding ring 10 is inserted between the inside circumference of the diameter expansion section 4 and the circumference of the sewer 5.</p> |
