<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device providing good workability during construction work, being excellent in strength, and having high heat conductive. SOLUTION: The snow melting device uses concrete blocks each comprising two opposite surface parts, a side face part formed between the two surface parts, and a through hole 8 open to the side face part. The concrete blocks are arranged with their respective side face parts abutting one another and the through holes aligned between the adjacent concrete blocks. The aligned through holes are used as a hot air duct and at least one of the surface parts is used as a snow melting surface.</p> |
