<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate carrying box that prevents glass substrates stored inside from being easily damaged even in case strong external force is exerted to the carrying box. SOLUTION: In the glass substrate carrying box 1 comprising a bottomed box main body 2 and a lid 3, a glass substrate contact part 58 of the lid 3 is made of a flexible material and the bottom plate 4 of the bottomed box main body 2 is made of a material that is harder than the glass substrate contact part 58. Further, the glass substrate carrying box 1 is provided with a glass substrate support part 44 with grooves 42 formed so that glass substrates G are parallelly held in order to prevent the substrates G from contacting each other. The glass substrates G are held between the glass substrate support part 44 and the glass substrate contact part 58.</p> |
