PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permanently suppress micro amplitude oscillation, when a piston speed lies within a very low-speed region. SOLUTION: A rod guide 3 make a piston rod 2 penetrate a shaft center, while being disposed at an opening end 1a of a cylinder 1 to seal it. A dynamic frictional force body 7 is housed in an annular slot 3b, formed in the inner circumference of the rod guide 3 to make the inner circumference slide on the outer circumference of the piston rod 2. The dynamic frictional force body 7 comprises a plurality of units 7a, 7b, etc., aligned in circumferential direction, while being formed into annular shape, and a ring 8 comprises an elastic body interposed in the outer circumference sets a clamping margin to the piston rod 2.
