PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner ridge member and a corner ridge structure capable of facilitating construction and improving waterproof by a corner ridge covering member by means of a laterally roofing roof plate formed by molding a metallic plate. SOLUTION: This corner ridge member is constituted by mutually combining a pair of corner ridge materials which are formed by molding the metallic plate, form a roof carrying face, an insertion piece, and a fitting channel, and are connected with the roof plate constituting an obliquely cut end formed by cutting at an acute angle of about 45 degrees symmetrically to the laterally roofing roof plate and the corner ridge covering member fixed to the corner ridge materials through a fixing mechanism to cover the obliquely cut end to provide the corner ridge structure by use of the corner ridge member.
