PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stretchable woven interlining cloth which manifests high recovering property in highly extended region, and has little seepage of adhesive to a dress fabric. SOLUTION: This woven interlining cloth comprises three-dimensional coil structured filament yarn having real twist in which warps and/or wefts substantially satisfy formula (1), and the cover factor (CF) satisfies formula (2) and manifest more than 25% of elongation rate at a constant load of 500 g/cm and less than 10% of residual distortion in instantaneous recovery after same loading. 12,000/(D)<1/2> <=T<=25,000/(D)<1/2> ; (formula 1) In the formula, D is total fineness (dtex) of the constituting yarn, T is a twist count per meter. 500<=CF<=1,000; (formula 2) In the formula, CF is (total fineness of warp)<1/2>×density of the warp [yarns/in]+(total fineness of weft)<1/2>×density of the weft [yarns/in], the total fineness is expressed in dtex.
