PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene random copolymer stable even in the presence of water, and having excellent storage stability, adhesivity, oil resistance and compatibility with another resin. SOLUTION: The ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer containing a silyl group is expressed by general formula (1): -SiX3 (wherein, X is a hydrocarbon group, a halogen atom or the like). The nonconjugated polyene used in the ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer is a cyclic polyene having a specific structure or an aliphatic polyene having a specific structure.
