PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic safety cabinet against bio hazard and chemical hazard that protects a worker by prevention of outflow of contaminated aerosol to the outside, prevents inflow of contaminated aerosol from the outside, realizes sample protection by purifying air supply, and allows miniaturization, lightening, simplification of the structure, and reduction of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A work room 3 formed on the upside of a work bench 2 has a shutter 35 in a normally tilting opening in the front surface, and an air supply filter 5 on the back surface to form a purified air outlet part 42. The cabinet has air flow channels 23, 45, and 44 leading from the lower surface of the work bench including suction ports 21 and 22 in the front and back edges of the work bench 2 to a purified air outlet part 42, a blowing means 6 inside the air flow channel, and an exhaust port 9 and an exhaust filter 8 for purifying air in a part of the delivery side 44 of the blowing means and discharging the air to the outside.
