PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a plurality of rollers installed between a paper pickup unit and a paper registration unit before transferring by conveying a plurality of sheets in one operation, and to miniaturize motors and save energy by decreasing a sheet feeding speed. SOLUTION: This paper feeder using a plurality of pickup rollers comprises a paper pickup device wherein at least one pickup roller moves reversely for a certain period of time, and a plurality of pickup rollers move forward to feed a plurality of sheets in an overlapped state with certain intervals from the other sheets.
