PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems on a conventional structure of a maneuvering seat in which a hard top is installed higher than usual that the side area of a hull on a water surface is larger and susceptible to wind, making fishing work difficult, and in which a ship is maneuvered in a standing manner with a face moved out of a hatch provided on an upper cover of the hard top, resulting in a dangerous situation on a rough sea and the face influenced directly by wind and rain, making the ship difficult to be maneuvered. SOLUTION: A floor 16 lower by one stage than a deck surface is provided at a foot portion of a maneuvering seat 15 and the floor 16 is covered at a predetermined height with a substructure 17.
