PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for an electric motor bicycle not blocking a rider's foot space and not impairing ease of getting on and of and to protect the battery from an external force. SOLUTION: In the electric motor bicycle 1 traveling with driving force of an electric motor operating with a battery 32 as a power source, the battery 32 is arranged below the seat 15 and a structure putting the battery 32 between a left and right pair of rising parts of a vehicle body frame 14. Since the battery 32 is arranged below the seat 15, the rider's foot space is not blocked and ease of getting on and off are not impaired by the battery 32. Since the battery 32 is put between the left and right pair of rising parts of the vehicle frame 14, the same is effectively protected from external force.
