PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repair electrical equipment with minimum man-hour even when a trouble is found on the electrical equipment mounted on a door for a vehicle. SOLUTION: Under a condition that all electrical equipment such as a remote control door mirror 6, a window raising and lowering motor 7, a door lock unit 8, a speaker 9, a door switch unit 10, a harness 11 are assembled on a front door F retained by a hanger 2 of a door sub-assembly line A, a coupler C12 of a door function-ensuring unit 12 is connected to a coupler C1 of the harness 11, function confirmation inspections of each electrical equipment 6-10 are performed according to procedures stored in the door function-ensuring unit 12, the results are compared with criteria stored in the door function- ensuring unit 12, and abnormality is indicated by red lamps 15-19 when the results do not satisfy the criteria.
