PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a retainer upon fixing a circular register to a part to be mounted to maintain roundness of a cross section when seat surfaces of a plurality of mounting seats are on planes crossing to each another. SOLUTION: A flange part 30 protruding to a radial direction and extending to a peripheral direction is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the retainer, and the plurality of mounting seats 32 extend at least from the flange part 30. The stress of torsion acting upon fixing the circular register to the part to be mounted acts to the flange part 30 at the first place. Thus, the stress of the torsion is prevented from directly acting on the retainer. Further, reinforcing effect by the flange part 30 is also added, and the deformation of the retainer can be prevented.
