PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure in a body opening of a vehicle for preventing water from leaking into a cabin inside even without non-dry sealant. SOLUTION: A weather strip 3 for sealing the cabin between thereof and a lid body 2 is mounted to a flange 14 formed at a circumference of an opening 1. The weather strip is provided with a setting base 30, almost U-shaped in section, a plurality of holding ridges 31, 32 for holding the flange 14 installed inside, a seal part 33 in contact with the lid 2, and an outer lip 34 in contact with a body panel 10 by protruding from the setting base outsides. A recess part 18 for communicating an inside flange footing space 36 out of the cabin is provided in the body panel 10 by non-contacting the body panel 10 with the outer lip 34, and a recess part 19 for communicating inside spaces 36, 37 of the setting base with a flange footing space 36 is provided in the flange 14 by non-contacting outside holding lips 31a, 32a by swelling into the cabin side.
