PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure of a body opening, which does not become hard to open a door due to freezing by preventing water from flowing into the lowest part of a space between a vehicle body and the door. SOLUTION: There is formed a drain passage 7, in which water flowed through a space 2 between a more outer circumference than a weather strip 3 and a cabin inside face of the door 4 opposing the part is guided along a panel 51 forming a rear side edge end 14, and discharged outwards the space 2 from an inclined part 511 formed at the lower part of the rear side edge end.
