PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure which is able to simultaneously gain support and shock absorption for a passenger. SOLUTION: The seat 10 is elastically supported against a floor 14 of a vehicle by connecting between a seat body 10 of a seating seat and the floor 14 of the vehicle by using an attenuation mechanism 20 which is equipped with a suspension spring 21 suspended between a seat frame 11 and a frame 15 on the floor side to suspend the seat body 10 to the floor 14 of the vehicle and an arm unit 22 both ends of which are mounted between the seat frame 11 and the frame 15 on the floor side.
