PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overheat of an element in an inside of an inverter for a compressor, and suppress overheat of a battery. SOLUTION: When a compressor inlet coolant temperature is high in starting the compressor 1, an allowable maximum speed of the compressor 1 is limited to decrease a voltage of a blower fan motor 33 and decrease airflow quantity of a blower fan 21. Thereby the overheat of an internal element of the inverter 11 for the compressor is suppressed. When the compressor inlet coolant temperature is high in starting the compressor 1, the battery 7 is switched to a motor generator 5 to supply power to the compressor 1 so that a burden to the battery 7 is reduced and the overheat of the battery 7 is suppressed.
