METHOD FOR PHOTOTHERMAL SPECTROSCOPIC ANALYSIS, AND MICRO-CHEMICAL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small micro-chemical system enhanced in working efficiency for a user, and allowing highly sensitive measurement. SOLUTION: This micro-chemical system is provided with an optical fiber 10 built in with graded index rod lens 102 in its tip, and has an optical fiber 101 for propagating excitation light and detection light by a single mode, and a ferrule 103 for making an outside diameter thereof equal to that of the graded index rod lens 102. The rod lens 102 and the optical fiber 101 are fixed by a tube 104. The excitation light is modulated by an acousto-optic modulator, and resulting Bragg diffraction primary-light is made to enter into the optical fiber 101 to be emitted as the excitation light to a sample.
