PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a circulating circuit in a state in which paired cap parts (21) and (22) are mounted watertightly on paired connection ports (11) and (12) for the circulation of a fluid, in terms of a protective cap for a fluid outlet (1), which is composed of: the cap parts (21) and (22) which can be mounted watertightly on the connection ports (11) and (12) of the fluid outlet (1); and a coupling member (20) which is coupled to base ends of the cap parts (21) and (22). SOLUTION: A communication hole (4), through which the fluid can be circulated, is formed in a range from a protrusive end of one cap part (21) to a protrusive end of the other cap part (22) via the coupling member (20); and valve opening means for opening valve bodies (110) and (120) built in the connection ports (11) and (12) are provided in the cap parts (21) and (22) so that the valve body (110) and (120) can be opened in a state in which the cap parts (21) and (22) are mounted watertightly on the connection ports (11) and (12), respectively.
